What is TruSculpt Flex?

If you are looking to improve muscle strength, size, and definition, or if you’ve hit a plateau in your workouts and need a boost to get to the next level, then meet the truSculpt flex.

The truSculpt flex uses non-invasive Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology to generate over 50,000 contractions in a single treatment session to simulate different real-life workouts that include crunch, squat and twisting actions. By contrast, other muscle sculpting technologies create muscle contractions in one direction only, which is not true to life.

The TruSculpt Flex Procedure:

The truSculpt flex can be used to tone, strengthen, and grow up to 8 different muscle groups in a single 45-minute session. You can focus on many different muscle groups, such as abs, obliques, arms (biceps & triceps), buttocks, and legs (quads, hamstrings, and calves) to help you reach your fitness goals!

Three different modes help you reach your goals:

Prep Mode: Creates a twisting motion to warm up and stretch muscles, allowing them to build tolerance to muscle contractions

Tone Mode: Creates contractions and holds them to the point of exhaustion in order to enhance strength and endurance.

Sculpt Mode: Rapid sequential contractions to build muscle mass and increase basal metabolic rate.

Is there any downtime?

Although there may be some mild tingling or soreness following the treatment, you may return to normal activities immediately after treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on fitness level, truSculpt flex generally produces results in as few as 4 treatments spaced out over 2-3 weeks. A typical initiation will involve 4-6 treatments. Some people may wish to have additional treatments to achieve their individual goals and help maintain/improve upon their results

Patients typically feel a gentle contraction in the treatment areas. As the workout progresses, and depending on the patient’s goals, the contractions may intensify. Each treatment area is fully customizable, meaning that you can create greater intensity “workouts” for certain muscle groups, if desired.

Yes. Individuals who have a higher fitness baseline will notice results in fewer treatments. However, truSculpt flex is effective for people with most body types.

Absolutely. truSculpt flex does not take the place of regular exercise, and exercise will potentiate the effects of truSculpt flex (and vice versa). We recommend a balanced diet and regular exercise as the basis for reaching your fitness goals, with truSculpt flex and Coolsculpting as supplements to this healthy lifestyle.

Maximum results are generally visible 8-12 weeks after the last treatment. If you choose to get monthly or quarterly treatments to supplement your workouts, you will continue to maintain or improve upon these results.
