Dr. Hannah Pederson is a Board Certified Dermatologist passionate about all areas of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. As a recently graduated chief resident, she is up to date on current research and cutting-edge treatment options for a variety of dermatologic concerns in all ages, including skin cancers, acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Beyond providing excellent medical care, Dr. Pederson also strongly values the opportunity to connect with her patients.
Dr. Pederson grew up in Franktown, Colorado, and attended the Colorado School of Mines. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. She attended medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and then completed her four-year dermatology residency training at Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, Texas.
Dr. Pederson is passionate about skin cancer prevention. She has volunteered with the Colorado Skin Cancer Task Force, and is a recipient of a research grant from the Melanoma Research Foundation for her work in reducing tanning beds usage by college students. Outside of dermatology, Dr. Pederson loves spending time with her husband and young son, cooking, and gardening. She enjoys being in nature, whether hiking, camping, or snowshoeing.
